Individual Community Living Support

Our staff delivers a bundled service to help eligible adults remain in their own homes. ICLS has combination of six service categories such as Active cognitive support, Adaptive support service, Activities of Daily Living support, Household management, Health, safety, and wellness, and Community Engagement.

Respite

It's a service that offers short term care services or temporary support service for more acute situations or a relief to a person's primary caregiver. Respite is a crucial support service for individuals with disabilities or special needs that allows their family and loved ones to rest and recharge. Respite can be used with IHS, Homemaker, and Night Supervision.

Homemaker

Our staff offers services that help an individual manage general cleaning and household activities. Features include cleaning, home management, light housekeeping tasks, and laundry services when they or primary caregiver are unable to manage them. Homemaker can be used with IHS, Respite, and Night supervision.

Home Management Support

Individualized Home Support (IHS)

Our staff offers person-centered services and training to help people with disabilities or other needs live more independently in their own or family homes. Options to choose from include Individualized home supports with training, individualized home support without training, and individualized home support with family training. IHS can also be used with Homemaker and Night supervision.

Personalized Support

Tailored services designed to promote independence and skill development

Night Supervision

Our staff delivers overnight, in-home assistance and supervision by an awake staff member to individuals with disabilities or those over 65, to help with activities of daily living (ADLs), skill reinforcement, and transition plans. Night supervision can be used with IHS, Respite and Homemaker.
